Shipping and Delivery
Our shipping charges are based on the total boxed item(s) weight,
package(s) size and destination using real-time USPS shipping rates. All U.S. orders over $99 ship for free - no exceptions! :)
We ship worldwide, and International orders do NOT qualify for Free Shipping offers. To determine your shipping cost, simply add the items to your shopping cart, then use the shipping calculator with your country and zip code.
Delivery Time: Our items
are shipped US Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation, FedEx, or UPS usually within 1-2 business days of your
payment being received & cleared
Many of our items are handmade, imported or custom-made items and many are
purchased directly from the artisan or subject to inspection by customs.. For
these items, additional delivery time may apply and will be noted in the item
description. Tracking numbers and other information will be sent to you by
email as soon as your order ships. For faster shipping, your items may be
sent in separate shipments, depending on the item. For inquiries on your order status
you may track your order using our online system Track My
Order , or contact us here with
respect to our delivery times shown above.

Obscuria uses a secure shopping cart for
your protection and ease of shopping. We are currently secured by Comodo,
with our own Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of
128-bits (the highest level commercially available). For your security and
protection please do not email credit card or other personal information! Use our
shopping cart only or feel free to call us by phone to order at 1-877-OBSKURE(6275873).
Receipts: Obscuria's
shopping cart provides a printable receipt upon completion of your order, and will also
be sent to the email address you provide when ordering. Please keep this for your records and refer to
the Order Number it contains when contacting us. If you do not receive it, you most
likely gave an incorrect email address and it has bounced. Any orders with bouncing
email addresses are held until you contact us, so if you do not receive a receipt
within 48 hours, please email us here

Privacy Policy
Obscuria LLC does not disclose buyer information to third
parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site, but only to keep track of the
contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item. You can disable
cookies, but then the shopping cart program will not function correctly. We do
not share our customer information with any other company nor do we sell our
mailing list. Customers will only receive email from websites/entities
owned/operated by Obscuria LLC.
Payment
We accept payment via Visa,
MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Paypal, Echeck, money orders and cashier
checks. (If you wish to use American Express/Discover, use the Paypal
option.)
Money orders and cashier's checks should
be made payable to Obscuria LLC. WE DO NOT ACCEPT PERSONAL CHECKS due to
the long time it can take for them to clear (up to 30 days!). Money order and
cashier's check payments should be
received within 7 days, or your order will be automatically canceled unless other
arrangements are made. WE DO NOT RECOMMEND SENDING CASH THRU THE MAIL and assume no
responsibility for lost or stolen payments. If sending a payment thru the mail, we
recommend sending it with Delivery Confirmation or other
traceable method. Please understand, we will not facilitate your order or provide a
tracking number until your cashier's check or money order has been received and
cleared, which will add to the delivery time.

Returns, Refunds and Cancellations
Cancellations and
Refunds Orders may be canceled within
24 hours of sending your payment/order, for a full refund if the order has not
already shipped. Orders canceled after 24 hours are subject to our return policies
below. You must email us a cancellation request including your order number and
full name here Contact Us. You will receive a confirmation email once your cancellation
refund has been processed.
Exchanges Exchanges are accepted, although are
subject to additional shipping charges.
Cosmetics, hair dye and hosiery are NOT exchangeable. All items must be in an UNWORN,
UNUSED, unmodified condition with tags/packaging and/or other items in
place.
Returns We are

guarantee (less shipping charges).
No returns will be accepted without prior
notice -
be sure to email us if you wish to return or exchange an item. Cosmetics, hair dye
and hosiery are NOT returnable. All
items must be in an UNWORN, UNUSED, unmodified condition with tags/packaging
and/or other items in place. Please allow up to 30 days for your refund to be
processed. DO NOT RETURN ITEMS TO THE MANUFACTURER or no refund or exchange

Non returnable/exchangeable
items: For health reasons, we do not accept returns/exchanges of hosiery,
socks, cosmetics or hair dye, even if unopened.
Loyalty Reward Points
For your convience, you do NOT have to register to make a purchase with us. However if you want
to earn reward points, please register BEFORE purchasing... or else there is no way to track
the points you've earned.
How you can earn reward points as a registered customer:
5,000 points when you register, free!
400 points for every $1.00 you purchase at our site.
100 points for writing an approved product review.
10 points for every $1.00 your referred friends spend on their first
purchase, plus an additional 5,000 points if they register.
(*you must be logged in before referring friends from your account area or from an item page
to get the points tracked to your account.)
Q: How do I keep track of my
reward points?
A: When you log into your
account, you can review the amount of reward points you currently have.
Q:
How do I redeem my reward points?
Take $1.00 off your order for every 10,000 points earned.
A: When you make any purchase,
you will be given the option to apply the reward points towards the purchase.
You are in control of when and how you want to use your points. You may use a
maximum of 40% of your reward points towards a purchase. Ex. If your item
purchase totals $50.00, you may use up to a $20.00 discount worth of reward
points.
Q: Are there any
restrictions?
Reward points are only applied to
the item(s) total, not the shipping amount.
