Grim Reaper Collectibles

Grim Reaper collectibles represent the Western personification of Death. Since the 15th century Death has been represented as a black hooded and cloaked skeleton bearing the dreaded scythe and exuding an aura of impending doom. Every culture has its own version of Death anthropomorphized whether it is Yama in Hindu philosophy or Thánatos in ancient Hellenistic Greece. While some view Death as a negation of life, others welcome it and consider it a means to a continued transformation of life.
