A fantastical Steampunk timepiece, gifted to only the most eccentric of mad scientist, gracefully measuring the decay of time using Carnots - the second law of thermo dynamics. This piece has a 7.5-inch strap, is steam-powered by quartz movement, and is one size adjustable. Don't let this over the top Steampunk watch get away - keeping track of hot air balloon landings in hard work! Wink.

Steampunk! Ever so wondrous contraptions, imagineered from an age that could have been, or still can be! Alchemy "Steampunk," designs revolve around Ezekiel Empire Rosenstein's (or "EER," Victorian "descendant" to the original, 18th century Dr. von Rosenstein) incredible Galvanic Matter Transposition System for "pronto mass remotion" - the earliest known teleporter or "three dimensional fax machine." Known as the "GMT," this sensational invention was sadly, completely lost to science. However, from a combination of surviving fragments, anecdotal evidence and recently found early drawings, Alchemy Gothic have reconstructed several of the Rosenstein GMT's principle elements.

  1. But for two things... Review by Ellusion

This watch looks fantastic! If I had to find something to criticize, I would say this would be even better if it had a visible automatic mechanical movement rather than the mundane quartz movement it does have. There's just something so elegant about being able to see and hear a ticking timepiece.

I would get this but for two things: 1) I already have a perfectly lovely automatic mechanical, and 2) I can't justify replacing the one I have for the price of $300. :(

  2. Ah May Zing Review by Mike M.

The watch is totally worth all the money. It looks way better in person than on the pic. Granted, they seemed to have literally hid the little dial to set and activate it. But it's all worth the money even though there are no numbers on it which can make it a little hard if your not used to it. I recommend buying it, though if your on a budget you might want to wait. 4. Looks Spendy Review by Brendan Smith

300 Dollars seems a tad spendy for a watch, i love the steampunk style but 300 dollars for a watch is pushing it... But Though it is VERY spendy it looks very nice. (Posted on 8/14/09)
